LX-2019-05 Water-Based release agent is a water-based release resin with excellent release performance on polyester film (PET), suitable for applications such as comprehensive transfer, recommended for use in tablecloth transfer film.

Description
Instructions for Use:
- 1.Mixing ratio: LX-2019-05: HD-2050 = 100: (0~0.2) (ratio can be adjusted appropriately).
- 2.Coating mesh roller: 180-220 mesh.
- 3.Coating dry weight: 1.1-1.3 g/m².
- 4.Drying temperature: High temperature zone 150-160°C.
- 5.Coating speed: 50-70 m/min.
- 6.Cautions: After adding additives, please stir well, preferably filter before use; the prepared coating should be used within 4 hours.
