PET-504 Aluminized coloring agent is a one component clear lacquer used as a coloring agent for gold, silver, or dark colors on various printed materials.

Features
- Stable performance of the finished product.
- Good suitability for hot stamping: suitable for stripes to large areas hot stamping.
- Can be used in the Eco-friendly cigarette packaging industry.
- Heat resistance up to 150°C or above.
- Can be used as a dark color coloring agent, with a maximum dye addition of 30% of the solid component.
- The elasticity can be adjusted according to the dry coating amount.

Description
Instructions for Use
- Recommended diluent: a mixture of acetone, isopropanol, and propylene glycol methyl ether.
- Coating mesh roller: 180-200 mesh.
- Dry coating weight: 1.1~1.2g/m2.
- Dry temperature: Maximum temperature zone 160°C.
- Coating speed: 80~100 m/min.
- Release requirements: Ordinary water wax or OP wax release can be used.
